Here at Molson Coors we are looking for an National Account Manager to promote Molson Coors as supplier of choice by managing, co-ordinating and taking responsibility for key Molson Coors Brewing Company (MCBC) interaction with a customer or set of customers in order to deliver brand and commercial objectives in line with channel strategy.

What will you be doing?
You will be responsible for developing and executing business plans to acheive commercial targets and drive brand distribution. You'll be responsible for the customer relationship at head office level and ensure we are recognised as First Choice.
As National Account Manager, you will be responsible for working with the Multi-Functional Selling Team and tendering and winning new business.
You'll drive brand distribution and activity to deliver brand objectives and be responsible for the customer relationship, ensuring a broad range of contact points across the organisation.
You have the passion to seek out opportunities and create them in a competitive space. You’ll be grounded, ambitious and able to build lasting relationships.
This is a fast-paced role so you will have a demonstrated history working as a National Account Manager in a target driven environment. You have solid experience and a track record
of winning new business preferably with customers of size, scale and or strategic importance for our brands.
Achieving in the “here and now” comes naturally to you, but you also keep a keen eye on the future, evaluating how to continually improve and grow as a Professional working with the World’s Family Brewer.
You can effectively communicate and influence at all levels and you love a challenging situation, typically embracing it and managing multiple priorities at any one time.
You have the ability to work across all drinks categories including wines and spirits and are able to spot both opportunity and risk.
You’ll have excellent numerical and Commercial skills, with the ability to sculpt successful negotiations in the moment.
As for the industry, you’ll have an insight into the FMCG market but have a true passion for Beer and Cider, primed and ready to join us on our journey to delight the World’s beer drinkers.
