We are recruiting for a Digital Brand Executive to join our team who will be part of implementing a digital plan with a focus on social media.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone to inform, shape and execute the social strategy across a range of brands in our portfolio. The Digital Brand Executive will devise and execute the social plans against set brand objectives working with Assistant Brand Managers and Brand Managers.
With accountability for our brand’s social media presence, the role requires an understanding of all social media channels, an ability to run and understand reports for social and broader digital channels (such as Google Analytics) and a desire to understand both our drinkers and our competitors.
The right candidate will be flexible and able to work at pace, with a proactive mindset to dig out opportunities in the ever-changing world of social & digital. A team player with a strong ability to build relationships quickly they will be able to work autonomously, solve problems and an ability make the right decisions based on killer insights that get consumers to love us.
Flexibility in working hours including evenings and weekends will be required to proactively and reactively manage the brands social channels as well as attend events or visit our stockists to create content. The role has a fantastic growth opportunity to lead in other digital areas like web and CRM, or into wider brand roles in the future.
PLANNING: Creation of multiple brands social plans. This role will also require collaboration with media agency for any paid activity. The successful candidate will be involved in the yearly brand planning process to define social plans within the context of the individual brand plans & briefs.
CREATION: Work independently and with key partners both internally and externally to develop content for channels to meet brand objectives. Capture content at consumer events, and brief content requirements to third parties working with appropriate Brand Manager to approve these elements in a timely manner.
COMMUNITY MANAGEMENT: Development & scheduling of social posts across channels using Molson Coors systems and process working closely with the digital team. Community management across all allocated brands. Flexible timings and out of hours requirements.
REPORTING: Monthly and campaign specific evaluation for all key social platforms. Identification of activities to start/stop/continue to improve performance and build these into the monthly, quarterly and annual plan as well as in-flight optimisations
COMPETITOR MONITORING: Review of competitor social activity and highlighting opportunities to brand owners as appropriate through monthly reporting on performance
KNOW-HOW: Acting as a social media counsel for the brands team and working closely with both the digital team and brand owners to incorporate social media support into their overarching brand plans
