Senior Customer Marketing Manager (Off-Trade) – 12 Month Fixed Term Contract
Molson Coors are looking for a Senior Customer Marketing Manager to join our energetic ,forward thinking Customer Marketing team and to help us continue our mission of delighting the world beer drinkers with our extraordinary brands!
As Senior Customer Marketing Manager you will understand the brand & channel 3 year vision in order to lead and develop a set of channel plans that allow Molson Coors to win in the On trade with our customers. These plans are essential for us to deliver our vision of becoming "First Choice for Customers & Consumers".
You will be working closely with customers and internal stakeholders; therefore, we are looking for someone who can communicate clearly and engage effectively, inspiring others and responding appropriately to market conditions. This varied role requires fluidity and a degree of flexibility across a diverse customer base, brands and channel initiatives.
As Senior Customer Marketing Manager you will be accountable for developing, leading and inspiring your immediate team whilst ensuring goals are achieved. You will operate with agility in order to maximise the effectiveness of their resource and deliver the priorities across the channel.
To be considered for this, you will need to have relevant experience, preferably in a similar industry and a proactive mindset!
Strong communication skills are a must as even though we’re one of the world’s biggest brewers, we’re still decidedly down-to-earth. In fact, we talk to you like you would over a pint at the pub.
