    Senior Customer Marketing Manager (Off-Trade) – 12 Month Fixed Term Contract

     

    Location: Burton-upon-Trent

     

    Molson Coors are looking for a Senior Customer Marketing Manager to join our energetic ,forward thinking Customer Marketing team and to help us continue our mission of delighting the world beer drinkers with our extraordinary brands!

     

    As Senior Customer Marketing Manager you will understand the brand & channel 3 year vision in order to lead and develop a set of channel plans that allow Molson Coors to win in the On trade with our customers. These plans are essential for us to deliver our vision of becoming "First Choice for Customers & Consumers".

     

    You will be working closely with customers and internal stakeholders; therefore, we are looking for someone who can communicate clearly and engage effectively, inspiring others and responding appropriately to market conditions. This varied role requires fluidity and a degree of flexibility across a diverse customer base, brands and channel initiatives.

     

    As Senior Customer Marketing Manager you will be accountable for developing, leading and inspiring your immediate team whilst ensuring goals are achieved. You will operate with agility in order to maximise the effectiveness of their resource and deliver the priorities across the channel.

     

    To be considered for this, you will need to have relevant experience, preferably in a similar industry and a proactive mindset!

     

    Strong communication skills are a must as even though we’re one of the world’s biggest brewers, we’re still decidedly down-to-earth. In fact, we talk to you like you would over a pint at the pub.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Play a lead role in developing of a set of channel plans that allow us to engage our customers on 1-3 year vision.
    • You will help define roles and responsibilities across the wider marketing function that allows the team to embrace the IMC principles in their every day roles.
    • Working directly with the Customer Marketing Controller to evolve and deliver against the 1-3 year customer marketing strategy. 
    • You will have ownership of a range of customers and will be expected to work with these customers to engage them in our brand / channel plans.
    • Deliver against a set of key input metrics outlined through the commercial planning process.
    • Develop a detailed understanding of the opportunities and challenges across the channel and create ways of working & principles for how we execute our brands in trade.
    • You will work with the Field Sales Management Controller & the Marketing Operations team to ensure we have the required levels of governance to execute our brands brilliantly.
    • Lead a number of internal and external stakeholder groups such as a BTL agencies, suppliers and Channel Directors
    • Define and set key evaluation metrics for our channel plans to ensure optimise the return on our investment.

     

    Skills and Relevant Work Experience Required:

     

    • Strong communication and influencing skills
    • Strong analytical ability with an excellent eye for detail
    • Strong commercial acumen
    • Previous Customer / Trade / Brand Marketing experience
    • 3 years FMCG industry knowledge & experience
