    Here at Molson Coors, we are looking for a Senior Internal Auditor to join our team, focusing on the UK&I business.


    The Senior Auditor is responsible for the creation and execution of internal audit projects.



    From day one, you will be evaluating and improving the effectiveness of our current risk management, control and governance processes.



    Key responsibilities:

    • You'll be a key part of the team, helping develop and deliver the annual audit plan and working in partnership with executive management to design & implement cost-effective procedures.
    • You will create effective internal controls so that we have reliable financial reporting, can safeguard the Company's assets and provide efficient processes & procedures whilst achieving regulatory compliance.
    • You'll be playing a key role in developing & maintaining a world-class internal control environment.
    • You'll be performing special projects at the request of management, including SOX, and external audit assistance, investigations and due diligence.
    • (If you have experience on SOX, great. If not, please don't let this stop you from applying as it's not absolutely essential.)
    • Promoting Internal Audit as a benefit to the organization will be a key responsibility
    • Delivering audit services that consistently improve the control environment as well as achieves operational excellence.
    • Identifying action plans jointly with management.
    • Ensuring action plan properly addresses the risk.
    • Effectively document project results, significant conditions, and action plans
    • Leading the management through objective presentation of issues and cost-effective action plans.

    Who you are


    You have a natural "auditor" brain with the ability to analyse information and have important conversations with key partners and leaders of our business.


    You have significant experience within an audit position and are searching for a fresh challenge in industry.



    We also welcome applications from candidates from a finance background with an interest in audit.

    Time management comes naturally to you, as you enjoy planning, implementing and keeping to set deadlines.


    We use SAP so let us know about any experience of using SAP in the past as this would be a great skill to have in this role. If you don't, then don't worry, we would still love to hear from you.


    This role is predominantly UK&I focused, however your team spans Europe, US and Canada so there is an element of travel required; up to 20% of your time will involve travel.


    To be considered, you will have completed a degree or professional qualifications in Accounting, Finance, IT or a relevant business field.
