    Here at Molson Coors, we are looking for Prospect Account Managers to join us on a permanent basis, developing profitable new business within the Independent On Trade sector for Molson Coors.


    Due to the sustained momentum of our business, we have opportunities across the Midlands, North West and East of England that we'd love to talk to you about.


    You will be identifying, scoping and winning new accounts for the region and delivering incremental profit.

    With our fantastic brand portfolio, you'll be in prime position to increase the distribution of MCBC brands and identified new business opportunities.


    We're as proud of brands as we are about our people so we'd love to hear from true Brand ambassadors, motivated to increase our visibility in the market.


    What will you be doing in the role?

    • You'll be responsible for the identified key prospecting opportunities
    • Through knowledge and understanding of the operating region, you'll successfully identify new business and build long term, profitable relationships.
    • You'll raise the profile of Molson Coors Brewers Ltd within the territory, by networking with key opinion formers in the industry and securing visibility at opinion forming venues.
    • You will plan and implement sales priorities set out by the Regional Sales Director to deliver agreed targets
    • Once new business opportunities have been identified, you'll lead and nurture long term business relationships with our customers

    Who are you?


    You will have proven sales, marketing or commercial experience with the ability to differentiate yourself from our competitors.


    Negotiating comes naturally to you and you'll have a long list of examples of successful negotiations throughout your career.


    You'll have excellent consumer and market insight with the ability to influence key opinion formers.


    You'll naturally build relationships and have a customer first attitude. You'll showcase your effective listening skills as well as your engaging presentation skills.


    You'll be comfortable in the detail, picking out key information to build short term and long term perspectives of our business goals.


    Ideally, you'll have a basic awareness of P&L and balance sheet.
