    Operations Executive

    Maynooth 

      

    Molson Coors are looking for a Operations Executive to join us and to help us continue our mission of delighting Ireland’s beer drinkers with our extraordinary brands.

     

    As Operations Executive for the 3rd largest Brewer in Ireland and the world, you will play an integral part of The Operations Team to support the National Account Management & Field Sales team to deliver on channel and customer plans.

     

    As Operations Executive you will be responsible for producing sales reports and information for the Commercial & Field Sales team, along with developing and maintaining a series of databases, spreadsheets and business reporting systems at any given time.

    You will be working closely with customers and internal stakeholders; therefore, we are looking for someone who can communicate clearly and engage effectively, inspiring others and responding appropriately to market conditions.

     

    As well as supporting the sales channel , you will drive commercial processes and procedures ,embedding Molson Coors standard ways of working.  This will extend to proactively seeking opportunities and improvements to existing processess and procedures & implementing where & when relevant.

     

    Upon occasion, you will therefore be required to be part of project groups driving for process improvement and operational excellence across the back office function.

     

    To be considered for this, you will need to have relevant experience, preferably in a similar industry and a proactive mindset!

     

    Strong communication skills are a must as even though we’re one of the world’s biggest brewers, we’re still decidedly down-to-earth. In fact, we talk to you like you would over a pint at the pub.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Regular interactions with the Commercial & Field Sales Management team to review & provide reporting requirements, analysis and priorities within agreed timelines.
    • To act as a gatekeeper for all operational activity impacting all our Commercial & Field Sales teams.
    • Setting up new accounts, liaison with third party & support key account group set up.
    • Proactively resolve team / customer queries and issues through liaison with internal departments, in a professional manner as and when required.
    • To drive commercial processes, procedures & embedding of standardised ways of working.
    • Responsibility for managing and delivering key back office FSM processes and procedures and administrative support for our Commercial & Field Sales Team.
    • Management of Expenses for the On & Off Field Sales Team and RSM's
    • Management of BIK for the ROI business - receives data from team, collates & reports internally and externally to Inchcape & J&P
    • Management of Data governance for the ROI business.
    • Key integral relationship with Masterdata UK.
    • Data Alignment Management- ensure data governance is adhered to at all times - (internal and third parties)

     

    Skills and Relevant Work Experience Required:

    • Strong communication and influencing skills
    • Strong analytical ability with an excellent eye for detail
    • Strong commercial acumen
    • 2 years FMCG industry knowledge & experience
    • Strong Knowledge of SAP
