Assistant Brand Manager – World Beers
Molson Coors are looking for an Assistant Brand Manager to join our highly energetic team, supporting with innovative brand activation and communications.
You’ll be hands on with our exciting World Beer Portfolio which includes brands such as; Pravha , Staropramen and Cobra. You will work both independently and under the guidance of the Brand Manager to deliver the brand strategy and ensure the success of our brands with consumer and customers.
You will develop a deep understanding of the Brand from a Market, Consumer, Shopper and Customer perspective and use this to help inform the overall plan, delivering recommendations and evaluation of performance to the Brand Manager and Head of World Beers. You’ll have the freedom to contribute to the development and implementation of both direct to consumer and credit mauler via customer brand activity, collaborating with customer marketing teams to deliver high standards of selling tools, look of success compliance and evaluation
Strong communication skills are a must as even though we’re one of the world’s biggest brewers, we’re still decidedly down-to-earth. In fact, we talk to you like you would over a pint at the pub.
As a natural communicator, you’ll build strong partnerships with external brand owners and ensure that communication and activities are delivered with great attention to detail. To help our brands succeed, you’ll need to collate input material from a variety of sources which you’ll turn into accurate, timely reporting or proposals. With solid relationships and clear, consistent communication you’ll be confident that your key stakeholders understand what’s required and the associated benefit.
We have an inspirational portfolio and are as passionate about our brands as we are our people. Therefore, you’ll be joining an energised team, passionately representing the brand both internally and externally.
You’ll have demonstrated Consumer or Customer marketing experience ideally with exposure to category management or sales. You’ll also be well practised at managing or working with brands and ideally have experience of working with premium or high end brands.
As Assistant Brand Manager you will have the opportunity to develop core marketing skills, disciplines and gain great experience working closely internal and external stakeholders including external partner brand owners.
