    Position:               Distribution Customer Service Advisor (12 Month Fixed Term Contract)

    Role Overview

    The ideal person will be the primary contact for customers with any distribution or quality queries. They will take care of queries on the telephone, via email/on-line and developing a working relationship with key customer accounts. Manging the end to end process for these queries including internal and external stakeholder management, reporting and process continuous improvement looking to shorten processes, save money and improve customer experience.

     

    Key Responsibilities

    • Ownership for answering inbound calls internal and external and liaising closely with key stakeholders daily.
    • Ensure customers / suppliers are aware of the process and handle their expectations. Processing requests via the phone, email or on-line.
    • Inputting all required detail into the systems and assigning to the relevant team for follow up.
    • Establish effective working relationships with all internal and external stakeholders to achieve an excellent customer experience.
    • Deliver and achieve service level agreements to drive the growth of Molson Coors and maintain customer retention.
    • Take ownership of and report on the end to end Ullage process including returns to vendor, tracking critical metrics and expenditure.
    • Take care of customer queries in a timely manner looking to provide industry leading levels of customer service, offering basic technical cellar management advice to outlets to help them to dispense our brands in the best possible condition and raise where necessary.

    Required Skills and qualifications

    • Strong academic background
    • A high level of customer service experience
    • Strong written & verbal communication skills
    • Ability to build good relationships
    • Proficient in MS Office applications
    • Ability to understand and develop business processes
    • Basic technical understanding of drinks dispense
    • SAP Experience
