    Telesales Operative - Permanent

    We looking for a passionate individual to join our Telesales/Administration team on a permanent basis at our brewery in Rock, Cornwall


    You will be talking to our customers daily, to effectively sell and manage the service of Sharp's beer portfolio and additional portfolio.


    You'll be collaborating with the field sales teams, working well together and teaming up to deliver the agreed sales objectives. For example, you'll be the person our customers will reach out to with queries about all supply routes for orders, technical service enquires and requests for point of sale.


    Once you know what our customer wants, you will process this request and order into our electronic system.

    You'll be an expert when it comes to our products, and including promotions to maximise all sales opportunities

    You will deliver exceptional customer service levels measured by annual result objectives and work towards a fantastic customer service record.


    You will also have the opportunity to support the field Sales Team at planned local events throughout the year.

    To be considered, you will have a minimum of 1 year in a customer service/sales environment as well as excellent communication, negotiation and influencing skills. You'll have effective time management skills, be naturally self motivated and a team player.


    To succeed in this role you'll need have great organisational skills.
