    Customer Marketing Executive-  9  Month Fixed Term Contract


    Location: Burton-upon-Trent


    Molson Coors are looking for a Customer Marketing Executive to join our energetic, forward thinking Customer Marketing team and to help us continue our mission of delighting the world beer drinkers with our extraordinary brands!


    As Customer Marketing Executive you will support the Customer Marketing Team in the planning, activation and evaluation of below the line customer and consumer initiatives. You will be expected to make considered decisions around our levels on investment in your agreed focus area based on your commercial awareness. These plans are essential for us to deliver our vision of becoming "First Choice for Customers & Consumers".


    You will be working closely with internal stakeholders and customers; therefore, we are looking for someone who can communicate clearly and engage effectively, inspiring others and responding appropriately to market conditions.


    As Customer Marketing Executive you will manage multiple projects, with various different stakeholders and deliver these to an agreed budget in order to achieve the agreed outcome. This will involve the ability to prioritise your workload and meet key deadlines.


    To be considered for this, you will need to have relevant experience, preferably in a similar industry and a proactive mindset!


    Strong communication skills are a must as even though we’re one of the world’s biggest brewers, we’re still decidedly down-to-earth. In fact, we talk to you like you would over a pint at the pub.


    We are looking for an individual with ideas, ambitions and charisma to help us continue our journey.


    Key Responsibilities:


    • Work with your direct line manager supporting the ambition to create impact for our brands/partnership/channel initiatives.
    • Support the Customer Marketing Team in the planning, activation and evaluation of below the line customer and consumer initiatives.
    • Creating bespoke POS for a key customer in order to support a new brand listing
    • Offer marketing support for key customer wins that sit outside of the generic level of
    • Contribute to the development and own the delivery of marketing plans for relevant
    • Accurate budget management and forecasting is a must for the CME role

    Deliver brilliant execution across all MCBC brands and in line with commercial excellence standards.



    Skills and Relevant Work Experience Required:

    • Strong communication and skills
    • Analytical ability with an excellent eye for detail
    • Good commercial acumen
    • Educated to Degree Level within Marketing
    • Previous Customer / Trade / Brand Marketing experience
