    We currently have an opportunity for you be part of our team as a Reporting and Forecasting Manager on a permanent basis.

    • You will be responsible for the central co-ordination of reporting the UK consolidated business including balance sheet and cash forecasting.
    • From the beginning of your journey with Molson Coors, you will have involvement in the rolling annual forecast and annual operating plan reporting through Europe and internally to the country leadership team.
    • In addition, you will take ownership of cash management plus governance and controls within the finance function.
    • You’ll monitor and take accountability for governance of the month end reporting and forecasting processes within finance.

    We’re a collaborative business and work well as a team so you also be supporting external and statutory reporting ensuring adherence to group accounting policies.

    You will have the freedom and the stretch to improve our forecasting, both direct and indirect.


    Here’s a list of key skills we're looking for:

    • Strong communication and influencing skills at all levels of a business including senior stakeholders
    • Exceptional and proven spreadsheet modelling skills, ability to drive efficiency through new ways of working.
    • Knowledge of UK and US GAAP (and IFRS) accounting requirements
    • Demonstrates strong commercial acumen and uses information, experience and judgement to drive results

    You will be working in conjunction with the rest of the business, both locally and globally so a collaborative nature and strong communication skills are a requirement.


    Ideally you’ll have some knowledge of IFRS, UK and US GAAP accounting requirements and have an understanding of the latest technical accounting standards and developments.


    To be considered, you'll need to be a qualified accountant. We do use SAP so prior experience of this would be desirable but please do not be put off applying if you don’t tick that box, as it isn’t essential.
