We have a great opportunity for a Maintenance Lead to join our fantastic team within our Burton Brewery.
Job role and key responsibilities
The Line Maintenance Lead is the preventive maintenance systems owner for their line(s) where you will take full responsibility for investigating and eliminating breakdown related losses and optimizing maintenance efficiency. You will be responsible for building capability within the FSA and line team to deliver overall line results supporting the compelling business needs.
You will own preventive maintenance systems for your lines focusing on defect handling in support of autonomous maintenance, breakdown elimination, and maintenance planning and scheduling DMS’s.
Support development and lead portions of Line 90-Day loss-elimination plans.
Drive breakthrough results in planned and unplanned downtime, and own:
- CMMS data accuracy for the lines.
- Preventive maintenance strategy for each individual asset that make up the lines.
- Breakdown reduction.
- Key preventive maintenance metrics.
- Repairs and maintenance costs and budget development and management for the lines.
- Capital plan for the lines.
Serve as a technical coach and resource for the line team and actively participate in Line DDS meetings and execution of the daily plan.
Qualification and experience
You will be time served with an NC or HNC in Mech/Elec/Plant Engineering.
Demonstrable in-depth knowledge of health and safety legislation.
In-depth knowledge of health and safety legislation. Qualification in Health and Safety NEBOSH / IOSH general certificate is preferred.
