    CTS Technical Dispense Representative


    Salary: £23,000-£24,500

    Do you have proven experience of working as a Beer Dispense Technician installing and maintaining drinks dispense equipment and gas generation systems?

    Molson Coors (Carling, Coors Light, Rekordelig, Cobra, Staropramen) the world’s 3rd largest brewery are looking to recruit Beer Dispense Technicians so we can continue to delight our beer drinkers.

    Your role is critical to our business as we are the only brewery to have an in-house Customer Technical Service team, making us a truly innovative company.

    Our CTS Technical Dispense Technicians Representatives are the best in the business. You will spend your days installing bars, maintaining or repairing existing equipment in a variety of locations, from pubs & clubs to high end restaurants, football stadiums and theatres which mixes things up and makes every day a new challenge – you definitely won’t be bored!

    Responsibilities include:

    In this role, you will have the opportunity to utilise your understanding of electrical & mechanical equipment and fault-finding skills to component level by installing, maintaining and repairing beer dispense equipment such as beer fonts/pumps, coolers, LV electrics and more.

    Alongside this you will have the opportunity to show your brand passion, ensuring that all brands are dispensed to the highest standards, but don’t worry once you have joined Molson Coors, you will be inducted with a full four-week technical training course as well as getting all the support you need to deliver some of the UK’s leading brands to customers.

    Our technicians are responsible for arranging their own travel routes, ordering and returns of their own parts and taking complete control of managing their vehicle stock effectively. They carry out surveys for installations, maintain dispense and cooling equipment and often advise, instruct and train customers where required on dispensing the best quality products possible enabling them to build great relationships with customers and colleagues.

    Qualifications and experience:

    • Minimum of 5 GCSEs including Maths & English at grade C or above (or equivalent)
    • Minimum of NVQ Level 2 or City & Guilds Level 2 in a Mechanical, Electrical or Engineering related discipline
    • Full UK Driver’s licence (due to restrictions of vehicle insurance, applicants must be over 21years of age)
    • Computer Literate – basic use of Microsoft Outlook, Word & Excel
    • Ability to carry out simple administration within a given deadline
    • Ability to carry out vehicle stock management
    • To work alone without supervision and team support
    • To provide a right first time solution
    • Able to work in areas that have restricted access


    This role will require some manual handling and lifting of equipment weighing approx. 25KG
