This role provides a great opportunity to work in our growing and award winning Supply Chain, in the last 12 months Molson Coors Supply Chain has been awarded numerous retailer supplier awards including Tesco and Nisa “supplier of the year”.  The Molson Coors also continues to work with industry partners, suppliers and retailers, winning the “2016 IGD Supplier Collaboration Award”. 


Based in Burton upon Trent, the home of Britain’s biggest brewery & the UK’s number 1 brand – Carling, we are looking to recruit a Supply Chain Development Manager to lead and deliver major change programmes within our award winning Supply Chain function.


Responsibilities include :-


  • Delivering major change programmes to step change the supply chain cost base, maintaining and developing “first choice” levels of customer service and experience within all sales channels across UK and ROI.
  • Representing Molson Coors at key industry events, working with suppliers and retailers, to provide insight and foresight that will develop and create the supply chain strategy over the length of the LRP.
  • Managing the change programme via project management, to engage, energise and influence the supply chain strategic agenda on new initiatives that delight our customers and consumers.
  • Ensure world class levels of stakeholder management across the business and industry. We see external collaboration as a key part of our strategy to become “First choice for customers & consumers”.
  • A key responsibility of our supply chain is to optimise our cost base, allowing our commercial and marketing teams to invest in both our brands and customers. Engaging with Third-Party Logistic (3PL) providers to review our internal network, identifying and realising opportunities to “fuel growth” will be a key objective of this role.
  • Provide continuous improvement and project management coaching to the logistics management teams on internal processes, continuous improvement and driving experience excellence.

In order to be considered for this exciting opportunity you will need the following skills and experience –

  • Proven Supply Chain experience with strong background and expertise in logistics.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing change projects and working effectively with internal stakeholders and customers.
  • Experience of managing 3PL suppliers to realise synergies and optimisation opportunities with both our vendors and customers
