Molson Coors (Carling, Coors Light, Rekordelig, Cobra, Staropramen) the world’s 3rd largest brewery is looking to recruit Beer Dispense Technicians in Bicester and Stratford Upon Avon so we can continue to delight our beer drinkers.
The role of a Beer Dispense Technician is critical to our business as we are the only brewery to have an in-house Customer Technical Service team, making us a truly innovative company.
Our Dispense Technicians are the best in the business. You will spend your days installing bars, maintaining or repairing existing equipment in a variety of locations, from pubs & clubs to high end restaurants, football stadiums and theatres which mixes things up and makes every day a new challenge – you definitely won’t be bored!

In this role, you will have the opportunity to utilise your understanding of electrical & mechanical equipment and fault-finding skills to component level by installing, maintaining and repairing beer dispense equipment such as beer fonts/pumps, coolers, LV electrics and more.
Alongside this you will have the opportunity to show your brand passion, ensuring that all brands are dispensed to the highest standards, but don’t worry once you have joined Molson Coors, you will be inducted with a full four-week technical training course as well as getting all the support you need to deliver some of the UK’s leading brands to customers.
Our technicians are responsible for arranging their own travel routes, ordering and returns of their own parts and taking complete control of managing their vehicle stock effectively. They carry out surveys for installations, maintain dispense and cooling equipment and often advise, instruct and train customers where required on dispensing the best quality products possible enabling them to build great relationships with customers and colleagues.

Who we’re looking for:
Applicants who have experience working as a Beer Dispense or Drinks Dispense Technician previously.
You will need to be Computer literate; the use of Microsoft Outlook, Word & Excel is required on a daily basis.
Some areas you will work in will have restricted access and you will sometimes be required to work in confined spaces, you will also be required to handle equipment weighing around 25KG.

This is a field based role within Bicester and Stratford Upon Avon . Due to the nature of the role will need a Full UK Driver’s licence (due to restrictions of vehicle insurance, applicants must be over 18 years of age)
