We are looking for you to join Molson Coors as an Insight Strategy Manager to create a new & exciting approach to insight in the UK business. You’ll explore a range of techniques and methodologies, reaching out to agencies and beyond to provide us with a set of world class inputs that would stretch beyond traditional research and into ethnography; system 1 thinking techniques & trend identification and mapping.  With this, you and the team would create a compelling 360 degree view of consumers; the world they live in and the opportunities and challenges that creates and drive that across the business and into our strategy and solutions.

You’ll be building a new team to deliver that approach

 

What will keep you busy day to day:

  • Reinvent and lead the UK approach to insight ensuring the marketing team is fully enabled with the best insight and research methodologies and techniques to meet their changing and emerging insight & research needs, from broad macro insight, through to insight to help shape activations and research to evaluate.
  • Work with our global insight colleagues, sharing & adopting best practise from around the globe
  • Lead a team of Consumer and Brand Insight Managers to build a research and insight plan and from it turn new inputs into compelling, penetrating and actionable insight, specific to brands and across the broader category delivered on an ongoing, continuous basis and also playing a key role in business planning processes.
  • Work with the Consumer and Brand Insight Managers to build and embed appropriate insight and research processes and solutions for the marketing team, including an appropriate self-serve tool kit as well as continuous tracking programmes including Brand Health
  • Lead development and roll out of global and UK scale insight & research projects
