We are currently going through an exciting time within our Futures Team, and are now looking for a Category Solutions Manager based at our head office in Burton upon Trent. This role will be responsible for delivering key insight led, value added and innovative frameworks and solutions alongside the wider multi-functional team across the organisation.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the Consumer Insight team to simplify insight and data into solutions that deliver value for the category and for Molson Coors Brewing Company.
  • Proficient in translating a range of insight and data into simple and highly effective frameworks and tools, enabling superior customer and consumer understanding
  • Build strong relationships with customer and brands marketing to create insight led activations and enable effective handover of concept category solutions to business as usual for further development and execution; and topline category strategy into channel specific plans and executions
  • Work with the category development team to ensure category strategy is effectively translated into a strong channel category plan
  • Build connections with target customers to allow us to build compelling customer insight and testimonial.
  • Create highly effective solutions, that are beneficial to Molson Coors, our customers and our consumers.

 

Key Experience and Qualifications

 

  • Degree level or equivalent.      
  • Experience of developing and using insight to generate business solutions
  • Experience of dealing with a broad range of insight building inputs from research to quant data.
  • Experience in leading projects and programmes within FMCG.
  • Creative and innovative mind-set, with a proven ability to challenge the status quo
  • Experience in building relationships with / presenting to customers within a sales, category or customer marketing role
