We are looking for a Senior IT Service Operations Manager. This is a brand new position to sit within our UK & Ireland Operations. This role will hold accountability for internal and 3rd Party delivered IT services and operations within the UK & Ireland. Directly managing a team of two Service managers, this role will hold accountability in educating and working closely with key UK and regional stakeholders to make sure service expectations and delivery are aligned, as well mitigating any business risks.

 

This role is a key role in the UK&I as part of Regional IT Service Operations Europe organization responsible for ensuring IT services delivered to Molson Coors business are both efficient & effective.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Primary IT Service Operations liaison for the business and IT Business Partners, ensuring, across all IT delivery teams (internal/external), service concerns and/or issues are identified and appropriately resolved in a timely manner as well as improvement on User Experience.
  • Escalation point for IT service delivery concerns from the business and IT Management in the UK&I. Accountable to ensure all business impacts are identified, discussed and communicated to the appropriate leadership teams and business stakeholders as part of the service delivery and reporting cycle.
  • Drives the day to day implementation and effective operation of global IT service delivery processes between Molson Coors IT, the business and 3rd Parties, as well as driving effective day to day management of those processes with continuous improvement and appropriate control cycles.
  • Responsible for providing sufficient management oversight as it relates to service delivery, business risk and commercial trade-offs ensuring end-to-end service visibility, monitoring and management
  • Directs a local team in UK and ensure both team developments but also positive results in the delivery of IT service management processes, day to day IT operations and ensures third party delivery performance through governance processes

Key Experience and Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in IT Operations preferably in an FMCG environment
  • Strong strategic thinker
  • Strong Commercial acumen and vendor management from delivery perspective
  • Growth mind-set
  • Extensive SAP experience in the FMCG
  • Strong communicator, and an ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
