Here at Molson Coors we are looking for a Technical Services Operations manager to lead, develop and engage a large team of circa 20 Technical Representatives safely delivering an industry leading customer experience.


As Technical Services Operations Manager, you will be responsible for maximising productivity, minimising cost to serve and ensuring full compliance to operational standards.

Key Responsibilities


  • Recruit, induct, lead, develop and engage an effective field service team to deliver operational and commercial targets.
  • Create and deliver a clear people development and continuity plan to meet our capability needs & customer commitments.
  • Work closely with the EH&S and Technical Standards teams to ensure compliance with defined Health and Safety practice, legislation and operational standards to ensure the wellbeing of employees, customers and their premises.
  • Responsible for delivery against clear operational standards and productivity targets.
  • Ensure that the team have a clear understanding of the agreed operating model and their responsibilities within it.
  • Monitor performance closely to ensure that adjustments can be made in a timely manner.
  • Provide support and coaching to the Lead TRs to enable them to handle business process and technical issues within their teams. 


About You

  • Qualified to University Degree level
  • Proven leadership experience in an engineering environment
  • Strong impact and influencing skills
  • Engineering experience in a field based environment
  • Experience of driving cultural change
