HR Business Partner – On-Trade Sales

We’re looking for a seasoned HR Business Partner to join our team in a key role partnering directly with the On-Trade Sales Director, stakeholders in HR and the business itself.

What does a HR Business Partner role in Molson Coors look like?

 

This role will require you to provide first class strategic and operational advice with the purpose of building stronger engagement, rebuilding the talent pipeline and strengthening our technical ability.  

 

You’ll be working closely with the Leadership Team to evolve and implement their People Plan to support development and achievement of their Commercial plan.

 

You will execute all core People Processes to global standards and requirements and will therefore be responsible for processes such as engagement survey results action planning; annual performance management cycle and recruitment forecasting. You’ll assist the people leaders to develop their capability and help them deliver these processes brilliantly.

 

In this role, you will work proactively with HR Shared Service and HR Centres of Excellence to ensure fit for purpose solutions are developed and delivered to drive the people priorities in the On-Trade team.

 

You will provide day-to-day support to business leaders and line managers across a range of HR operational issues whilst being flexible to support similar needs in other business areas.

 

If successful, you will need to build and maintain effective working relationships with employee stakeholders e.g. elected Employee Forum Representatives in support of an open and honest culture. You’ll lead and/or support People and Organisation related change activity in assigned business areas and take a lead role on projects which impact the overall UK&I Commercial function.

 

In addition, you will contribute to plans to mature and develop the HR function and ways working. 

 

Who would be great for this role?

 

An experienced HRBP who has experience of supporting a Commercial client group and is a strong thought leader on the HR drivers of capability, performance, talent and engagement and able to influence business leaders and line managers.

 

A individual with strong problem solving skills, combining HR knowledge and skills with a commercial and enterprise mind-set. A team player who is excellent at building relationships across multiple departments and stakeholders and is diplomatic, professional and highly effective at delivering results.

 

Deep knowledge and experience of applying UK employment legislation is a big plus and the successful candidate’s strengths will lie in brilliant stakeholder management, influencing skills, problem solving and decision making.
