12 Month Industrial Placement Student – Cardiff – National Contact Centre

Offering a salary of £19,000 per annum you will work alongside experienced professionals for one of the largest brewing companies in the world and, as a placement student you will provide support to our National Contact Centre based in Cardiff

This is an exciting role, split into two parts:-

Sales and Service Advisor. During this part of your placement, you will effectively manage the capture of orders via a variety of channels. Using our internal systems, capturing order information, on the wide range of our wholesale product offering. Proactively supporting customers in moving to online orders.

Customer Experience During this part of your placement, you will proactively deal with queries received from internal and external customers on the telephone, via email and online. Liaise with key stakeholders across the business, including other customer service teams.

Skills you need to be successful in this role

We are looking for enthusiastic students that really want to build a career in an innovative commercial environment. We aren’t too hung up about which degree it is you are studying for, be in Business, Finance, Marketing etc. – for us its about what you can bring! We are however looking for students with a predicted 2.1 or above in your chosen subject.

 

Molson Coors have a track record of bringing Industrial Placement Students back in Graduate Development roles, following their studies, so these placements could be a stepping stone into a long term career with us.
