HR & People Development Advisor (Sharps)
Location: Sharps Brewery, Rock, Cornwall
There’s an energy about Sharp’s Brewery: something intrinsically Cornish, something fuelled by being among the elements. A passion for the place that makes its way into every drop of beer we make. Situated on the North Cornish coast, looking out over the vast Atlantic, it is the ideal space to create exceptional beers that speak of where we come from.
For some the need to dwell where land meets ocean is undeniable. The North Cornish coast draws people looking for fresh challenges and real adventure. It’s certainly not for the fainthearted: the elements are unforgiving and the winters can be hard, but it’s these very facts that make life here so rewarding. The people who’ve chosen to work at Sharp’s and make North Cornwall their home share an entrepreneurial spirit and an unmistakable Cornish energy that makes our brewery less a place of work, more a way of life
