Here at Molson Coors we are looking for a Technical Standards Manager to ensure that our Field Technical Representatives are compliant against all standards and industry legislation to deliver our ambition of being first choice for customers.
As Technical Standards Manager you will be fully responsible for the operational and strategic development of the Technical Services engineering, quality and training standards. You will be responsible for delivering improvements in total cost of ownership, efficiency and capability, ensuring that our Field Technical Representatives are compliant against all standards.
Our ambition is to minimise repeat visits, reduce time on site and deliver a total cost of ownership approach.
