We currently have an exciting opportunity at our Burton Upon Trent offices for a Senior Corporate Affairs Manager to join our legal team. The purpose of the Senior Corporate Affairs Manager is to deliver an enhanced reputation for Molson Coors  UK & Ireland with its employees, prospective employees, customers, consumers, and other stakeholders by pro-actively leading Molson Coors's communication strategy and corporate brand. 

 

As a Senior Corporate Affairs Manager your responsibilities will include the following:

 

  • Lead Molson Coors's media engagement strategy by developing trusting relationships with national, regional, and local media and trade media, serving as company spokesperson, and managing Molson Coors's public relations agency(ies) as required
  • Create and deliver a Molson Coors UK& Ireland corporate brand strategy that showcases the stories, people, and ambition that positively differentiates Molson Coors from other FMCG companies and brings the Molson Coors Brewhouse to life in a way that is authentic to Molson Coors, including through an engaging digital and social media presence
  • Manage the internal communications team by bringing best practices to bear, encouraging the personal development of each team member, and promoting excellence in the delivery of internal communications initiatives across all areas of the business, including the corporate office, breweries, and field teams.  Devise and own all aspects of communications for the Top 40 cohort.
  • Be a thought-leader and contributor on the Legal and Corporate Affairs (LCA) Leadership team, working seamlessly with other members of the LCA leadership team to deliver high-priority, confidential projects for the business in a fully coordinated manner
  • Provide sound communications advice to the Country Leadership Team on change management initiatives and during the management of crises

In order to be considered for this outstanding opportunity you will need the following skills and experience:

  • University degree
  • Preferred Certificate in Corporate Affairs, Public Relations, Communications
  • Proven  media and internal communications experience at a FMCG company, including relevant experience in digital and social media and corporate reputation management
  • Proven people manager with track record in performance management and personal development
  • Excellent project management and planning
  • Strong relationships with business and trade journalists
  • Crisis Management and Change Management Communications
