Job Title: Director of Finance
Following an internal promotion, we are looking for a Director of Finance to join us on a permanent basis to help us continue our mission of delighting the world's beer drinkers with our extraordinary brands.
As Director of Finance for the 3rd largest Brewer in the world, you will be responsible for leading a talented finance team and delivering timely results. You will be working with the wider business to provide an accurate idea of where the business is and where we need to go. Therefore, we are looking for someone who can communicate clearly and engage effectively, capturing the room and bringing financial insight to life.
We have excellent processes in place but are always keen to keep moving forward and improving, so the ability to spot an opportunity to evolve is crucial, as well as being able to influence and instigate positive change. This role suits a people person with a keen eye for detail, strong financial knowledge and a sharp commercial edge.
As well as leading the financial controls team, you will be getting involved in steering the commercial direction of the business, so experience of doing this in a previous role would be very beneficial. Our leadership team will be keen to hear your informed input when making operational and strategic decisions and you will be responsible for pointing out opportunities, improvements and giving an accurate account of current performance.

To be considered for this, you will need to have relevant experience, preferably in a similar industry and be ACA/CIMA/ACCA qualified. You will need to have experience of leading a team, influencing at all levels and heading up commercial wins.
Strong communication skills are a must as even though we’re one of the world’s biggest brewers, we’re still decidedly down-to-earth. In fact, we talk to you like you would over a pint at the pub.
