Molson Coors (Carling, Coors Light, Rekordelig, Cobra, Staropramen) the world’s 3rd largest brewery is looking to recruit an Events Technical Representative in the South East so we can continue to delight our beer drinkers.
As an Events Technical Representative, you will be responsible for providing industry leading quality, ensuring you are flexible in working hours and location of work to meet our customer demands and expectations. You will be tasked with delivering a consistent point of contact for customers, providing close progress supervision and risk mitigation of pre-works activity and organisation of resource for the completion stages of work.
Our Events Technicians are the best in the business. You will spend your days working with our key high-profile customers, installing bars in a variety of locations for high profile groups/projects; including stadia, sporting venues, concerts and festivals which mixes things up and makes every day a new challenge – you won’t be bored!
Working as part of a high-pressured team reporting into the Events Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for delivering key commercial targets and customer experience in your area. Being a national role, you will be required to have a current and valid UK driving license and the role will involve substantial periods of working away from home, driving and transportation.
As an Events Technical Representative you will be required to be able to self-serve in a lone working environment and be pro-active, with the ability to adapt to business and customer needs. This requires

In this role, you will have the opportunity to utilise your understanding of electrical & mechanical equipment and fault-finding skills to component level by installing beer dispense equipment such as beer fonts/pumps, coolers, LV electrics and more.
The Events Technician role requires the timely completion of additional tasks including reporting of EH&S incidents, arrangement of waste collections, ordering and return of equipment, completion of company expenses, reading and responding to emails, submission of working hours and completion of monthly performance review forms.
You will be responsible for providing industry leading quality and the provision of right fist time
solutions in surveying, supervision and completion of dispense equipment installation. Alongside this you will have the opportunity to show your brand passion, ensuring that all brands are dispensed to the highest standards, but don’t worry once you have joined Molson Coors, you will be inducted with a full four-week technical training course as well as getting all the support you need to deliver some of the UK’s leading brands to customers.
