    We are currently looking to recruit a Data & Reporting Analyst to sit within the Field Sales Management (FSM) Team. The role of the FSM Data and Reporting Analyst is to support the FSM Reporting Manager to provide both standard and bespoke reporting for all FSM channels. The FSM Reporting Manger will be responsible for devising a Business and Sales Channel scorecard - the FSM Data and Reporting Analyst will be expected to support this regular reporting. The FSM Data and Reporting Analyst will be expected to develop actionable commentaries on any reporting for the Field Sales teams


    Key Responsibilities

    • Working closely with the FSM Reporting Manager and support the sales teams across the business by minimising non-customer facing time for AM's, FSE's, NAM's etc.
    • Provide clear reporting (business scorecard) to support Customer Directors and Sales Directors as required
    • Pro-actively identify opportunities to add value to front line sales teams and be part of a continuous reporting process improvement programme.
    • Responsible for the timely production for regular business reporting
    • Create programme of ad hoc reporting where required with clear actionable commentaries.

    Key Experience/Attributes

    • Experience of working with complex data from disparate sources to produce insightful analysis
    • Meticulous attention to detail
    • Ability to confidently communicate and engage different stakeholders and functions at different levels
    • Proven expertise with Tableau BI platform
    • Expertise of visualisation best practices and dashboard design
    • Able to clearly document technical processes and procedures

    Preferred Skills and experience

    • Experience of working in an Operations or 'Back Office' team
    • Experience of change and process improvement
    • Ability to write VBA desirable
