    We currently have an opportunity for a top-tier HR Advisor to join us on a 12 month fixed term contract within the UK&I business. The role is to cover a period of Maternity leave and will support the Commercial team.




    You’ll be assisting with HR operational and project activity along with having a small portfolio of your own. Partnering with an award-winning National Contact Centre, the successful applicant will be handling ER casework and support line managers with recruitment and talent attraction. You’ll also support the Snr HR Business Partner with activity that spans across the whole of the Commercial function such as co-ordination of Talent and Succession Planning and the Annual Performance Process.

    You'll be keen to know what to expect in your day to day role so below there is a list of your main responsibilities. Whilst this isn't a complete list, it should give you a good overview:




    • You will provide day to day support to UK based line managers across a range of HR operational issues including Employee Relations cases,
    • You'll also be supporting the execution of core people processes such as Talent Planning, Engagement Survey follow up, Performance Management, Recruitment Forecasting, Headcount tracking as well as assisting the development of our people managers to perform these processes brilliantly,
    • The successful applicant will work with the HR Advisor community to improve our processes.
    • You'll actively track and review management information to enable the HRBP team to identify improvement opportunities and drive action,
    • Co-ordinate the creation of a People Plan for your own portfolio area,
    • Support people/organisation related projects and change activity,
    • Contribute to the UK Commercial or Supply Chain HR team and the development of their plans and projects as required.

    • Broad HR professional skills, knowledge and experience of application of employment legislation to individuals and groups
    • Relationship building and influencing skills
    • Established problem solving and organisational skills
    • Initiative and a high sense of curiosity
    • Be flexible in your approach to work and priorities
    • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
    • Previous case management experience
    • Ideally you will have experience of supporting a Commercial function
    • It's desirable that you have a relevant degree and/or CIPD qualified
