We currently have an opportunity for a top-tier HR Advisor to join us on a 12 month fixed term contract within the UK&I business. The role is to cover a period of Maternity leave and will support the Commercial team.
You’ll be assisting with HR operational and project activity along with having a small portfolio of your own. Partnering with an award-winning National Contact Centre, the successful applicant will be handling ER casework and support line managers with recruitment and talent attraction. You’ll also support the Snr HR Business Partner with activity that spans across the whole of the Commercial function such as co-ordination of Talent and Succession Planning and the Annual Performance Process.
