Who are we?
Sharp’ s Brewery was founded in 1994 when enterprising brewer Bill Sharp set out on a mission: to make extraordinary quality beer on the north Cornish coast. With a small micro brew plant and an ambition to brew 500 pints per week to pay the mortgage, sharp’s beer was bor. Brewed with time-honoured brewing techniques and the finest quality ingredients, our beer developed a signature style that continues to this day: consistent, elegant, highly drinkable with complexity of flavours and moreish finish.
We’ve always gone by the motto that we are only ever as good as our last pint. While we enjoy success of our recent years, we never rest on our laurels. Our mission and sole focus is to raise the bar and brew the next generation of extraordinary beer so our brewery is a place of constant activity, creativity, ambition and energy. We experiment, we test, we taste and we taste again….
